for interpretation of data from space probes and Explorers.
The author has
been working in the field of Space plasmas integration to Human being
Environment and Space-a natural philosophical link since 1984 and more
specifically after 1991 IEEE -ICOPS group interaction that support research
efforts beyond Van-Allen Belts. This cosmos quest introduced by late Nobel
Laureate Alfven has a lot of potential growth opportunity for Science in
philosophical search to define new concepts and help paradigm shift from
un-defined terminologies like Big-Bang and even present day God-Particle
Psychology.
The Cosmic Alignment of Planets opens up new frontiers of
Knowledge base to creative index. The author searches in depth from several
directional planes in order to introduce the Cosmic Flow Index route that must
form a part of Cosmological index in search of Cosmic functional requirement:

ABSTRACT
The Cosmological Index is a drive to Milky Way Sensitive Index
and as such the Onset-mode must be viewed as a Curtain raiser to the present day
concepts that provide confusion through Big-Bang, Singularity and other theories
with limited perception of Science in Philosophy.
The origins of Cosmology
should be searched through Vedas Interlinks. Considerable background exercise is
needed through several feasible projections that lead to Prime Functions: Prime
Source, Prime fields, Prime Flows , Prime Reflectors and Prime Protective Index.
The author has identified PRIDHVI as Earth regional cover around 100 AU and
Interlinks need to be established through Source, fields, Flows and Reflector
principles that help protective route Index. This region forms a resonant to the
Heart ad Center of the Unierse.
